Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lust Reboot app (the "App"), which helps users quit pornography and addiction. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Definitions

  • "App": The Lust Reboot application offered by Lust Reboot App.
  • "User", "You": Any individual using the App.
  • "Services": Features offered, including tracking progress, community support, and in-app purchases.

2. License & Use

  • The App provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • You must be 18+ years old or have legal parental consent to use the App.
  • The App is intended as a self-help tool, not a replacement for professional therapy or medical advice.

Medical Disclaimer

Important: Lust Reboot is a self-help tool and is NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The App does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
  • Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition or mental health concern.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or accessed through the App.
  • If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately.
  • The App is designed to support your recovery journey but should be used in conjunction with, not as a replacement for, professional treatment when needed.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide truthful, accurate information when creating or maintaining an account.
  • Account security is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use.
  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating these Terms, including abusive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior.

4. Content

You may submit journal entries, check-ins, and behavioral data ("User Content"). You retain copyright, but grant us the right to store, process, and display this content as part of the App's features.

You may not upload or share illegal, harmful, threatening, obscene, or offensive content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • No harassment, bullying, impersonation, or sharing of explicit material.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or transmit malware.
  • Abusive attempts to break, reverse-engineer, or exploit the App will result in immediate termination.
  • Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Do not share pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Do not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App or servers.

6. Intellectual Property

All App content and design are the intellectual property of Lust Reboot App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reuse, distribute, or modify App content except as permitted by law or with our explicit written permission.

7. Payments and In-App Purchases

  • In-app purchases are processed by authorized payment providers (Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
  • All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • Refunds are subject to legal requirements and respective Store policies (Google Play, App Store).
  • By making purchases, you agree to comply with the respective store's payment terms and conditions.
  • Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis until cancelled.
  • You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's subscription management settings.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal and sensitive data you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sensitive entries are securely stored and protected by Supabase database security and Clerk authentication. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, encryption, and your rights.

9. Advertising

The free tier of the App is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob and its certified advertising partners. By using the free tier of the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Advertisements (including banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded video ads) may be displayed during your use of the App.
  • Google and its ad technology providers may process limited data — such as your advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA), IP address, approximate location, and ad-interaction events — to deliver, frequency-cap, and measure ads, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App will request your consent for personalized advertising through a Google-certified consent message before any personalized ads are shown. You may change your choice at any time in the in-app Privacy Settings.
  • If you are a California resident, you may opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising in the in-app Privacy Settings or by emailing us with the subject "CCPA Opt-Out".
  • We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and we are not responsible for the products, services, or websites they promote. Clicking an ad is at your own discretion and may be subject to the advertiser's terms and privacy policy.
  • You agree not to interfere with, block, modify, click-fraud, automate interactions with, or otherwise abuse the advertising systems within the App. Any such activity may result in immediate termination of your account.
  • Where available, you may remove advertising by upgrading to a paid (ad-free) subscription tier.

10. Termination

Accounts may be terminated at our discretion for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the App
  • Sharing inappropriate or illegal content
  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users or our team

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting us at support@Lustrebootapp.com.

Upon termination, access to features and stored data may be discontinued. You may request permanent deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or continuity of service.
  • The App does not offer medical, psychological, or legal advice—seek professional assistance when needed.
  • We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
  • The developers are not liable for any damages resulting from App use, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on App content.
  • We are not responsible for any relapse, setback, or outcome in your recovery journey.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lust Reboot App and its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any content or conduct of third parties on the App.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or in courts located in California, USA.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

14. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent

The App is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users between 13-17 years old may use the App only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

15. Content Moderation & Reporting

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

Users can report inappropriate content or behavior through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support@Lustrebootapp.com.

Any illegal content will be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or App features.

Changes will be communicated through the App and/or by email to registered users.

Continued use of the App after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lust Reboot App regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
